MUST BE ABLE TO WORK THROUGH LABOR DAY September 7th FULL JOB DESCRIPTION Hiring Lifeguards in the North Andover/Chelmsford area Lifeguard openings at several small pools in the North Andover and Chelmsford area.The positions run from May 23th until Sept 7st.Shifts start at 11am.6-7 hours long depending on the pool.There is flexibility in the schedule. Cash bonuses given for exceptional employees. BONUSES for those that work through Labor Day and meet/exceed workplace expectations! Lifeguard Responsibilities: Ensure the safety of swimmers by preventing and responding to potential emergencies. Survey the pool and patrons throughout their shift. Provide emergency care and first aid to members who require it. Perform cleaning and basic maintenance jobs to help keep the pool area sanitary and safe. Enforce all the pool rules. Test chemicals (PH, Chlorine and Alkalinity) during the day. Be able to communicate effectively to both children and adults. Be responsible and arrives to work on-time (10 minutes early). Be able to work with minimal direct supervision Requirements: Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR, and AED. 18 years old or older Arrive to work prepared in lifeguard attire. Be professional, courteous, and always on-time (10 minutes early)!
