LIGHTNING IN A BOTTLE FESTIVAL Back of House Cooks needed Contemporary Catering is hiring back of house team members to work with us for the full run of the Lightning in a Bottle Festival. Interview Dates Monday, May 11th via zoom 9am-12pm Tuesday, May 12th via zoom 1-3pm Onsite Shift Dates May 13th-June 1st Work weeks will be 5-6 day weeks every week for the run PLEASE do NOT apply if you are not available for the entire time!! Pay $22-24/hr depending on experience Responsibilities · Assist in setting up and organizing tools & equipment in the kitchen · Setting up food prep & cooking stations · Prepping, cooking, and plating of food. · To assist in properly labeling, wrapping and storing unused food after each meal · Wash and dry kitchen pots/utensils and ensure their proper storage · Clean the kitchen area (floors, equipment, countertops, etc), food preparation areas and equipment · Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with health and safety regulations Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
