Duties Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and seat diners efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service Prepare and serve a variety of menu items, maintaining high standards of food presentation and quality Assist with menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and ensuring adherence to food safety standards Handle food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, and portioning with precision and care Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, following proper food handling procedures Support catering events by setting up buffet stations, serving meals, and managing guest requests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional service experience Qualifications Prior experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable Proven background in food service, restaurant operations, or culinary environments with fine dining exposure preferred Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling practices, and kitchen safety standards Skilled in meal preparation techniques, knife skills, and food presentation methods Experience with menu planning, catering setups, and food industry best practices Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward guest interaction and teamwork Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding culinary experiences!
