Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a related culinary role within a restaurant or food industry setting. Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience working in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is a plus. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
