Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Assist in menu planning by suggesting creative dish ideas and ensuring consistency in presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and handling protocols Support food service operations by efficiently managing meal preparation during busy hours Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and sanitation practices are followed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent customer service Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, providing high-quality meal presentation Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, particularly in kitchen or culinary roles Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, cooking methods, and food service operations Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with dietary department standards or dietary aide experience is a plus Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and reliable work ethic Embark on a flavorful journey with us!
