Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Assist in menu planning to ensure a diverse and appealing selection of dishes Maintain food safety and sanitation standards throughout all food handling and preparation processes Execute food preparation tasks efficiently during service hours to support smooth kitchen operations Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food with attention to detail and quality Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and uphold excellent food service standards Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven culinary experience in a restaurant or food industry setting, demonstrating strong knife skills and meal preparation abilities Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, food preparation, cooking, and food service operations Familiarity with catering services and serving in a fast-paced environment Strong kitchen experience with an emphasis on cleanliness, organization, and efficiency Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
