We are looking for someone to serve in a role of Cook at Brothers BBQ 105 Wadsworth Blvd, Ste E, Lakewood CO. Hablamos Espanol! Experience A minimum of 1 year experience as a Prep Cook, Line cook, or Grill Cook is preferred. We offer on the job training and flexible hours for the right candidate. Whether you have years of BOH experience or have only recently started working in a kitchen, Brothers BBQ welcomes you to learn more about this opportunity. Responsibilities Cooks participate in all day-to-day kitchen operations of the restaurant, opening & closing the kitchen, preparation of meats and side orders, operating a grill and smoker, sidework, cleaning, overseeing all daily restaurant activities. Our focus is on preparing items to order and providing customers with a variety of BBQ meats & side orders. We are open 7 Days as week from 10am until 10pm. Morning shifts begin at 9am and evening shifts begin between 3 and 4pm. Shifts are finished no later than 10:30pm so you never have to worry about a late night. More hours available to someone willing to work a double shift, which is 10-12 hours. We offer 4 or 5 day work weeks, based around what fits best with your schedule. We offer flexible scheduling. This position pays $18-20 hourly when tips are factored in.
