The Role We’re hiring Grill Cooks and Fry Cooks for our brand new Steel Creek kitchen. The production line is smooth, the setup is clean, and we need high-energy team members who take pride in putting out great food — fast and consistently. Grill Cook – Own the grill station. Cheesesteaks, Burgers, wings, and everything in between. Fast hands, clean station, consistent quality every time. Fry Cook – Run the fryer like a pro. Fries, tenders, fried sides — done right, done fast, done every single order. Pay & Shifts $16–$22/hour based on performance — your hustle determines your rate. Available shifts 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM (Wednesday–Sunday) 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM (Wednesday–Sunday) $500 Sign-On Bonus We reward commitment. Work your first 60 days averaging at least 35 hours per week and you’ll receive a $500 sign-on bonus. Show up, work hard, and get paid for it.
