Line Cook

Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus and create new dishes Assist with menu planning and catering for special events Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow dietary department guidelines for meal preparation Qualifications Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Strong culinary skills and ability to prepare a variety of dishes Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication and teamwork skills Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
