Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours, serving dishes with enthusiasm and professionalism. Handle food with care, using proper knife skills for chopping, slicing, and dicing to optimize efficiency and safety. Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchens, with a strong foundation in kitchen operations. Knowledge of dietary department standards and dietary aide experience is a plus for accommodating special dietary needs. Excellent knife skills combined with proficiency in meal preparation techniques across various cuisines. Familiarity with food industry best practices related to food safety, handling, and sanitation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and serving guests with a positive attitude.
