Job Summary FISH LAKE RESORT is seeking a line cookfor the summer season and beyond. This is a fast paced environment! General responsibilities will include- Setting up your station and keeping it organized according to guidelines. Prepare food in a safe, sanitary and timley manner. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications. Restock items as needed throughout your shift. Assist with the cleaning, organizing and sanitation of kitchen, walk in/ reach in coolers and all storage areas. Preform additional responsibilities as requested by kitchen management. Pay DOE plus even split of tip pool. Possible discounted RV site, shift meals and resort perks such as use of rental boat or kayak with prior approval.
