Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your culinary skills will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Assist in meal preparation and ensure the timely delivery of dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during peak hours. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. A team player with good communication skills who can help support fellow kitchen staff. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
