Join a Kitchen Focused on Craft, Standards, and Growth Midvale Golf & Country Club is seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team for the upcoming season. This is an opportunity to work in a chef-led, quality-focused kitchen where standards, teamwork, and consistency matter. We are building a program centered around execution, discipline, and continuous improvement —ideal for cooks who want to develop their craft in a structured and professional environment. What You’ll Do Execute dishes to a high standard with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Maintain proper mise en place and station organization at all times Work collaboratively with the Chef and Sous Chef during service Support a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment Follow established recipes, plating standards, and portion controls Assist with prep, inventory rotation (FIFO), and daily kitchen setup/breakdown What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years of kitchen experience in a restaurant, hotel, or club environment Strong work ethic and pride in your craft Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining standards A team-first mentality with a positive, professional attitude Willingness to learn, improve, and take direction What Sets This Role Apart Structured kitchen with clear systems and leadership Opportunity to work alongside experienced culinary professionals Exposure to both à la carte service and private events Focus on skill development, not just production Compensation & Perks $17 – $20/hour depending on experience Staff meals provided during shifts Consistent scheduling throughout the season Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth About Midvale Midvale Golf & Country Club is a private club committed to elevating its Food & Beverage program through strong leadership, disciplined execution, and a focus on member experience.
