Overview Join our culinary team as a Line Cook and bring your passion for food to life! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our kitchen, preparing delicious dishes with precision and flair. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of orders and exceptional service quality Follow proper food handling procedures during meal preparation, cooking, and serving processes Support menu planning efforts by providing input on ingredient availability and dish execution Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is highly desirable Proven skills in food preparation, cooking, knife handling, and meal assembly Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Experience working in restaurants or catering environments demonstrating strong kitchen skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills along with a positive attitude toward serving guests Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
