Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in a line cook or similar role within the food industry or restaurant environment. Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
