Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Pizza Oven specialist, where your passion for food and expertise in kitchen operations will shine! Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, focusing on pizza baking and other kitchen offerings Operate the pizza oven efficiently, ensuring perfect crusts, toppings, and presentation every time Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including the pizza station and cooking equipment Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to ensure consistency across all dishes served Support meal preparation for dine-in, takeout, and catering orders while adhering to health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and uphold high-quality food handling practices Skills Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles, especially with pizza or fine dining environments Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Experience with menu planning and meal presentation to enhance guest satisfaction Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Prior dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential This role is perfect for passionate culinary professionals eager to showcase their skills in a lively setting.
