Line Cook/Prep Cook

Now hiring Line Cook/Prep Cook. Part-time hours available, experience is required. Knowledge of cooking techniques such as sautéing and frying is required. Knowledge of Italian cuisine is not required but a huge plus! Pay: $17 - $20 an hour Responsibilities: Setting up and stocking the kitchen station. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Preparing food and ingredients as needed. Working on the line, ensuring that food comes out in a high quality and timely manner. Being able to communicate with coworkers and management to achieve a smooth and efficient work environment. Cleanliness is a must, will be responsible for a thorough station clean after every shift. Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.
