Line Cook/Prep Cook

Come join our Broadway Ristorante & Pizzeria team! We have been serving Central Florida for 30+ years! We are looking for creative, diligent and detail-oriented Line/Prep cooks to join our staff in Altamonte Springs. Responsibilities *Must have restaurant experience *Must be able to work closing shifts (Until Midnight - Overall Open availability a plus) Learn and execute recipes based on company standards Follow company safety & sanitation procedures Set up work stations with all necessary supplies Prepping food (e.g. preparing sauces, chopping vegetables, etc.) Collaborate and cooperate with entire kitchen staff Accurately and efficiently provide timely orders to waitstaff Stock inventory Clean work stations Execute closing procedures Physical requirements for position: Stand for prolonged periods of time Safely handle sharp instruments/kitchen tools/utensils Lift and carry items (up to 50lbs) Handle cleaning chemicals and products Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
