Now Hiring: Line Cook at Heritage Tavern Heritage Tavern is looking for a versatile and reliable Line Cook and Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! We’re neighborhood-driven restaurant focused on hyper- seasonal, scratch cooking, and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. This position is ideal for someone eager to learn more about the culinary world from a passionate, experienced team, while also offering seasoned cooks the chance to refine their craft in a dynamic kitchen—perfect for those who enjoy the pace of dinner service and take pride in thorough, organized work. What You'll Do: Execute dinner menu items on the line with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail Complete prep lists to support our dinner service, including sauces, stocks, butchery, and more Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment Work closely with our chefs and team to keep things running smoothly. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred Strong multitasking skills and a solid sense of urgency Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset Nights and weekend essential (Saturday & Sunday brunch shifts available) Comfortable working independently during prep hours Why Work With Us?
