Line Cook/Prep Cook

Line Cook/Prep Cook Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with food preparation, including chopping, cutting, and measuring ingredients Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies Clean and maintain work areas, utensils, and equipment Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service Assist with catering events as needed Experience: Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our catering business.
