Line Cook/Prep Cook

Our hiring process can be selective, and job expectations are as follows: Food prep/production consistent with established recipes Ability to lift 50+ pounds Communicating with distributors to ensure we are getting the best prices on the market to maintain a low food cost Basic knife skills Comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the proper handling of all relevant equipment and machinery To rotate food in walk in’s and freezers to minimize waste and spoilage. Maintain internal cleanliness of all food prep areas.
