Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and food service, with a passion for creating delicious dishes in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, chopping, and storing food items Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to recipes and quality standards Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized at all times Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards Familiarity with kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and food processors Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
