Line Cook/Prep Cook

Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards Assist with menu planning and recipe development Ensure all food preparation areas are clean and sanitized Follow proper food handling and safety procedures Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Maintain a clean and organized work station Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Requirements: Previous experience in the food service industry or culinary field is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately Excellent knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen equipment Ability to work well as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This position may involve working in a dietary department, catering, or other food-related settings.
