Line Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook and a Pizza Artist and a Sandwich Artist to join our team in a dynamic kitchen environment. If you have a passion for food and enjoy working in a fast-paced culinary setting, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning Assist in meal preparation according to recipes Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, oven and dishwasher Cook and plate dishes accurately and efficiently during service Maintain a clean and organized work station (This is a must) Ensure food safety standards are met at all times Able to keep busy if downtime. No phone use allowed while on clock. Experience: Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred but will train Knowledge of kitchen operations and meal preparation techniques Familiarity with knife skills and culinary tools Experience in menu planning and food handling procedures is a plus Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
