Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble components for various menu items with precision and efficiency Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining quality standards Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, labeling, and rotation to prevent waste Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and exceptional guest experiences Qualifications Previous experience in dietary departments, dietary aide roles, or food service environments is preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with meal preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations in restaurants or the food industry Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Culinary experience or training is a plus, along with familiarity in menu planning and catering preparations Embark on a culinary adventure with us!
