Responsibilities Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and plating ingredients according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and adhering to health regulations Support the serving staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Contribute to banquet setups and catering events by preparing ingredients and assisting with service needs Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and guest service Skills Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; familiarity with food handling and safety protocols essential Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and serve guests efficiently Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness Knowledge of hospitality standards gained through hotel or culinary experience is advantageous Demonstrated commitment to food safety practices and guest satisfaction Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences through teamwork, enthusiasm, and culinary excellence!
