Responsibilities Set up and maintain your station with all required mise en place, tools, and equipment prior to service Prepare, cook, and plate menu items in accordance with established recipes, standards, and plating guidelines Consistently uphold high standards of food quality, presentation, and execution Keep your station clean, organized, and fully sanitized throughout service Follow proper food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures (FIFO) Assist with prep work and daily production as needed to support overall kitchen operations Communicate clearly and professionally with chefs and team members during service Practice proper portion control and actively work to minimize waste Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Break down, clean, and reset your station at the end of each shift Support the kitchen team and adapt quickly during high-volume or fast-paced service periods Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience as a Line Cook in a high-volume and/or upscale restaurant environment preferred Strong knife skills with a solid foundation in core cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality and consistency Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills Working knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Join us and bring your skills to a high-energy kitchen where teamwork, hustle, and quality come first!
