Job Title: Line Cook - Salad / Garde Manger Station Location: Semolina Restaurant – Red Bank, NJ About Us: Semolina is a farm-to-table BYOB restaurant in the heart of Red Bank, NJ, with a focus on fresh, house-made pasta and locally sourced seasonal ingredients. Our mission is to deliver simple, honest food rooted in community, craftsmanship, and excellence. Position Overview: We are seeking a Line Cook to join our passionate kitchen team. The ideal candidate has strong culinary skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited about working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. This role requires professionalism, consistency, and a team-first mentality.
