Line Cook

Sean O'Callaghan's Public House, Downtown Plymouth, is currently looking for a Line Cook to join our team. We are located on 821 Penniman Ave in MI. Our ideal candidate has strong cooking skills at all stations in the kitchen. There are possibilities for advancement. Available shifts might differ from week to week. Main responsibilities include *Running "Hot Line" or 'The Wheel", which includes calling out tickets,, cooking on saute & grill *Part time or full time availability *Set up and stock stations *Food Preparation from scratch *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Opening & Closing Procedures Qualifications include *Strong Line Cooking experience *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Prep all items according to company specs If you think that you have the right background for this job, please apply.
