This will include a consistent training program that will prepare the candidate for success. INTERVIEWS AND TRAININGS WILL BE HELD AT OUR DURANGO STATION CASINO RESTAURANT UNTIL OUR DOWNTOWN GRAND OPENING IN JULY. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food items according to the restaurant's recipes and standards, as well as ensuring that all food items are cooked to the correct temperature and served in a timely manner. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Follow recipes and presentation specifications. Maintain a clean and sanitary work station. Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Restock all items as needed throughout the shift. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Comply with all food safety regulations. Assist other staff members in prepping ingredients for dishes.
