Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Follow established recipes and presentation standards to deliver visually appealing plates Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety regulations Assist with menu planning and ingredient prep to support the culinary team’s daily operations Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling techniques are followed at all times Support catering events and special functions by preparing large quantities of food efficiently Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service during busy hours Experience Previous dietary department or dietary aide experience is highly valued Demonstrated culinary experience in restaurant or fine dining settings Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including knife skills and meal assembly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with menu planning, catering, and food service operations preferred Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary passion to life!
