Duties Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Execute food preparation tasks efficiently, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and assembling dishes Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices are followed at all times Support the kitchen team during busy service periods to deliver timely, high-quality meals. Follow all safety protocols related to knife skills, cooking techniques, and equipment operation Qualifications Previous experience in a food industry setting such as restaurants, catering, or food service is highly desirable Strong culinary experience with proficiency in food preparation and cooking techniques Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures The ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality Experience with menu planning and meal preparation in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with dietary department or dietary aide experience is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Line Cook and bring your culinary talents to life!
