Job Summary We are looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious dishes in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, portioning, and plating. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring proper food handling and storage practices. Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders. Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests. Help with meal presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service. Requirements Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant, catering, or dietary services is preferred. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with menu planning, cooking, and meal preparation is a plus. Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Willingness to learn new culinary skills and contribute positively to the kitchen team.
