Line Cook

Overview We are seeking a Line Cook with prior experience to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in assisting cook on the line ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menu and portion sizes Follow food safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow Assist with inventory management and stock rotation Maintain a clean and organized work station Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests Contribute to menu development and suggest improvements Skills: Experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation Proficient in using kitchen equipment, including knives and other tools Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail, cleanliness and organizational skills Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team If you are passionate about cooking, have experience in the food service industry, and thrive in a dynamic kitchen environment, we encourage you to apply.
