Line Cook (up to $24/hour)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in the food industry. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals according to our menu planning. Your expertise in food handling and preparation will contribute to the overall success of our kitchen. Responsibilities: Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices Cook food items according to recipes and menu specifications Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards Assist with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements to existing recipes Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely service Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines Monitor inventory levels and inform the supervisor of any shortages or discrepancies Adhere to all health and safety regulations Experience: Proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role in the food industry Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils, including knives and grills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient meal preparation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately If you are passionate about cooking and have experience in the food industry, we would love to hear from you.
