Welcome to Waterbar! Work in a great exhibition kitchen with a spectacular setting, preparing seasonal recipes in our highly-respected seafood fine dining restaurant. Teamwork and culture are important to us and our values. Daily shift meeting, then to station set-up and prep. Execute through service in a six station line with Chef Expo at the lead. Great exposure to various techniques and ingredients, seafood, oysters, caviar, fresh shellfish, local farms, and our sustainable commitment.
