Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and reliable Wok Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious dishes that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring ingredients, and assembling dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, following proper food handling procedures. Support meal assembly during busy hours or catering events to ensure timely service. Follow all safety standards related to food handling, sanitation, and kitchen operations. Help with inventory management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages or issues. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen workflow and excellent guest service. Skills Previous experience in food industry roles such as restaurant experience or kitchen experience preferred but not required. Strong knife skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of dietary considerations like vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options is a plus. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude focused on helping others succeed.
