Description Line Prep Cook We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that all ingredients and components are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. Key Responsibilities Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station Assist in the assembly of dishes during service Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Support the kitchen team in completing prep tasks for upcoming shifts Ensure all food items are stored properly and rotated regularly Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely food preparation Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Join our dynamic team where culinary excellence and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
