ObjectiveThe line service supervisor is responsible for leading the line service team by providing efficient service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company procedures and proper ground handling of aircraft as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the customer service department. Responsibilities and Duties1. Supervise the line service shift prioritizing, assigning and monitoring work2. Conduct performance evaluations; provide training, assist in hiring decisions, and ensure safety standards3. Aircraft Movement, Placement, Fueling, and Storage4. Fuel - Movement. Quality Control, Disposal, and Paperwork5. Facility Maintenance and Upkeep6. Customer Service, Promotion of Services7. Monthly Crew Meetings8.
