Job Overview We are hiring Line Team Members for our fast-casual restaurant concept. This is not a traditional cook position. Our line team focuses on assembling bowls, wraps, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items quickly and accurately while maintaining excellent food quality and customer service. We are looking for team players who are willing to learn, stay organized, and help wherever needed. Responsibilities Assemble bowls, wraps, sandwiches, fries, and other menu items Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep Maintain speed and accuracy during busy service times Keep stations clean, stocked, and organized Assist with cutting, prepping, and portioning ingredients Help bag to-go orders and support overall kitchen flow Cross-train and assist in other positions, including register, when needed Qualifications Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required — we are willing to train the right person Requirements AAA Food Handler Card required If you do not currently have one, we are willing to pay for certification after hiring We are looking for motivated individuals who want to grow with a team-oriented restaurant and take pride in creating quality food and service. Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour Work Location: In person
