Linux Administrator SME Key Qualification Checklist Program: Centralized SuperComputing Facility (CSCF) HPC Clearance Required: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Basic Qualifications (Must Have) Bachelor's in Computer Science (or AIS) + 10+ years experience 5+ years developing system software in heterogeneous, multi-platform environments Strong Bourne/Bash & Expect scripting skills Advanced Linux kernel debugging (source code review, logs, crash, systemtap) Experience managing Red Hat Satellite repositories (patching & custom kernel builds) Automation using Ansible & Satellite Server Experience with LDAP & token-based identity management systems Active TS/SCI with CI Poly (Required to start) Core Responsibilities Snapshot Automate day-to-day Linux administration & debugging tasks Provide SME-level support for RHEL-based HPC systems Install & maintain software libraries using Bash/Expect templates Troubleshoot user access & system issues (one-on-one support) Manage backups & long-term tape storage Maintain & improve existing scripting and automation frameworks Create and maintain detailed system documentation Support security, O&M staff, and government stakeholders NetVision Resources, Inc.
