Role Description This on-site, full-time role of Liquor License Consultant is based in Los Angeles County, CA. The consultant will guide clients through every stage of obtaining or transferring liquor licenses, ensuring compliance with state and local regulations. Responsibilities include conducting assessments of licensing requirements, preparing and submitting applications, maintaining communication with regulatory bodies, and addressing client queries. Additionally, the consultant will provide market insights, and facilitate resolutions of any roadblocks to ensure a smooth transaction process. Collaborating with team members, the role emphasizes maintaining transparency and delivering superior client service. Qualifications Strong knowledge of liquor licensing processes, regulations, and compliance requirements Experience with Lexis Nexis, Secretary if State website as well as the California, Department of ABC website. Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks. Problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and a proactive mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a team. Bachelor's degree, or a related field is preferred Experience in the beverage or regulatory industry is a plus
