About Our Team The Rise Collective Team is one of the top-performing real estate teams in Clarksville, closing around 150 homes per year.Our mission is simple:deliver an exceptional client experience while building systems and marketing that set the standard for our industry.Our listings consistently sell 4 to 5 times faster than the market average and achieve 3% to 5% higher sales prices for our sellers.We are a close-knit team of six who believe in high ownership, strong communication, and constant improvement.Everyone on the team leads their role.We support each other, challenge each other, and take pride in the work we put into the world.This role is designed for someone who wants to take true ownership of the seller experience and help raise the standard for how real estate is done.Why This Role Matters The Listing Partner plays a critical role in how our clients experience Rise Collective.For many of our sellers, this process represents a major life transition.They may be relocating for the military, upsizing for a growing family, downsizing after decades in their home, or making a financial decision that impacts their future.The way we guide them through that process matters.This role ensures that every seller we work with feels supported, informed, and confident from the moment they sign a listing agreement through closing.You will help bring each home to market with excellence, coordinate the many moving parts behind the scenes, and serve as a steady and trusted point of contact for our clients throughout the entire process.Beyond individual transactions, this role also helps protect and elevate the reputation of Rise Collective.The care, communication, and attention to detail you bring directly shape how our clients talk about their experience and whether they refer us to others.When this role is done well, sellers feel genuinely cared for, listings perform at a high level, and our relationships continue long after the closing table.Your work will directly contribute to the growth of the business, the experience our clients receive, and the culture we continue building as a team.The Role The Listing Partner owns the seller experience from the moment a listing agreement is signed through closing.This role is ideal for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.You will work directly with Hannah and become the primary point of contact for our sellers, helping prepare homes for market, coordinating vendors, executing our marketing strategy, and ensuring every listing runs smoothly from start to finish.A Day in the Life No two days look exactly the same in this role, but most days are centered around creating an exceptional experience for our sellers while ensuring listings move smoothly from preparation to closing.Each morning begins with our 10:00 AM team huddle, where the entire team comes together to sync on priorities for the day, review active deals and listings, and make sure everyone has what they need to move things forward.These meetings are also a time where we review personal goals, hold each other accountable to what we are working toward both personally and professionally, and spend time on coaching and development with Hannah.It sets the tone for the day and keeps everyone aligned and growing.From there, you may spend part of your morning reviewing active listings and proactively communicating updates to sellers.You may be coordinating with vendors, confirming timelines for repairs, staging, or photography, and making sure every home is on track to launch with excellence.Most weeks you will attend three to five listing appointments alongside Hannah, helping guide sellers through the strategy, preparation, and next steps involved in bringing their home to market.These appointments are an opportunity to build trust with our clients and ensure they feel confident and cared for throughout the process.You will also conduct two to three photo walkthroughs each week, ensuring homes are truly photo-ready.This includes offering thoughtful staging suggestions, identifying small adjustments that elevate the presentation of the home, and making sure every detail supports a strong first impression when the listing goes live.Part of this role involves continually looking for ways to improve and elevate our listing process.That may include researching ways to integrate AI into our marketing and communication systems, brainstorming creative approaches to highlight our listings, or spending dedicated creative time thinking through how we can take our listing marketing to the next level.Some days involve hosting open houses, connecting with past clients, or following up with neighbors and potential sellers around active listings.Relationship building is a meaningful part of the role, and these interactions often lead to future opportunities and referrals.Other moments are focused on the thoughtful touches that define ou
