Job Description
Company Description Brighter Pathways of Ohio is seeking a contracted Licensed LISW, LPCC or IMFT to support our growing youth behavioral health programs. The provider will offer individual therapy to youth ages 5-18, provide clinical supervision to CPST staff as needed, and will complete diagnostic assessments. This is a contract position with flexible scheduling, averaging 25–30 hours per week to start , with potential for additional hours as caseloads grow. $1,000 sign-on bonus after 30 days of employment Pay: $55.00 - $70.00 per hour + 70%-80% fee split Summer Shift Hours (June-Aug) : M-F: 9:00am/10:00 am to 2:00 pm/3:00 pm Afterschool Shift Hours (Sept-May): M-F: 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm Key Responsibilities: Provide individual psychotherapy services (in-person or via telehealth) for youth at our learning center settings Provide diagnostic assessments Review behavioral health assessments (including CANS) Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans Supervise and review documentation from CPST/QMHS support staff Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with Medicaid, OhioMHAS, and agency standards Participate in clinical check-ins or team discussions as needed Qualifications: Active Ohio license as one of the following: LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) IMFT Must have an active Medicaid Provider Number Must have an active NPI (National Provider Identifier) Number Must carry and maintain professional liability insurance Experience working with youth in community, school-based, or clinical environments Strong documentation and communication skills Preferred Experience: CANS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience with OhioRISE and/or CPST-based services (training available) Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
