Offers an elevated, high-level litigation practice with impactful case exposure. 👨🏻 💼 Your Role: Litigation Associate Attorney Handling different types of cases Case Management: Ability to independently manage a diverse caseload, including all aspects of commercial litigation, from initial client consultation and case strategy development to discovery, motion practice, trial, and appeal. Strong Advocacy Skills: Proven experience in drafting persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs, as well as conducting depositions, arguing motions in court, and negotiating settlements. Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative litigation strategies that align with client goals and achieve favorable outcomes.
