Commercial Litigation Associate (3+ Years) | New York Office Hybrid A well-established, highly regarded firm with a sophisticated commercial litigation practice is hiring a mid-level associate for its New York office. This is a seat for an attorney who wants substantive work, real responsibility, and a clear path to grow inside a collegial, dynamic firm. The Opportunity You will work shoulder to shoulder with partners on complex commercial disputes, not sit behind a wall of document review. The practice is busy, the matters are sophisticated, and the clients are demanding in the best way. What You'll Do Handle all phases of sophisticated commercial litigation Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings on substantive issues Take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and interface directly with clients Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy from intake through resolution What You Bring 3+ years of commercial litigation experience at a sophisticated firm Admission to the New York Bar (required) Strong academic credentials Excellent oral and written advocacy skills A genuine commitment to excellence and client service Compensation $220,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
