Job Title: Labor & Employment Litigation Associate (Mid-to-Senior) Location: Los Angeles or Orange County, CA (Hybrid) Basic Salary Range: $240,000 – $360,000+ (Commensurate with experience) Firm Overview A top-tier national law firm with an elite reputation is seeking a sophisticated litigator for its expanding California practice. Overview We are seeking a driven, high-calibre Associate with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join an established Labor & Employment team. This role is designed for a proactive attorney who is ready to lead complex, multi-jurisdictional litigation. You will join a sophisticated group known for providing practical, business-focused legal counsel and aggressive litigation defense. Key Responsibilities Representing management in high-stakes Wage & Hour class actions and PAGA representative actions. Defending employers against individual claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination. Providing strategic advisory services on leaves of absence, employee accommodations, and workplace compliance. Drafting and revising critical employment documents, including personnel policies, arbitration agreements, and handbooks. Qualifications: Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California. Minimum of 4 years of dedicated Labor & Employment practice experience. Proven experience in Wage & Hour class action and PAGA litigation is strictly required. Exceptional writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage complex workstreams independently and provide client-facing counsel. Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary Range: $225,000 – $350,000+ (Based on seniority and experience).
