Job Description
Job Description Archer & Greiner is seeking a Litigation attorney for its New York City or Hackensack, New Jersey Offices. Our business litigation practice in New York and New Jersey includes matters across a wide variety of subject areas and specialties for a broad range of clients including religious organizations as well as businesses in the information/technology, construction, hospitality, food, manufacturing, and other industries. An ideal candidate will have considerable experience handling depositions and court appearances, must be familiar with all aspects of pre-trial discovery and motion practice, must be self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently, and must have excellent case analysis, research and drafting skills. Job Requirements · 5 to 7 years' business/commercial litigation experience · Experienced with all pre-trial phases of litigation · NY Bar admission required, NJ Bar admission preferred · NY litigation experience required, NJ experience a plus Salary and Benefits Archer & Greiner, P.C. offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. The salary range for this position is $155,000 - $175,000 commensurate with related experience.
