Litigation Attorney

A Boutique Real Estate Law Firm is looking to add an experienced attorney with litigation experience to the firm. We are looking for a proactive advocate with 2–5 years of experience to join our dedicated team. The Role You will manage cases from inception through resolution, handling: Litigation & Advocacy: Conducting depositions, arguing motions, and representing clients in court hearings. Discovery & Research: Managing document review/production, drafting discovery requests and responses, drafting motions, and performing in-depth legal research. Trial Prep: Building strong cases for trial and navigating complex litigation strategies, attending and handling hearings. Your Background The ideal candidate must have a strong foundation in: Commercial or residential real estate. Construction defect litigation. Property Owners’ Association (POA/HOA) law. Foreclosure proceedings
