Position Summary Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Injury Attorney to join their team. In this role, the attorney will be responsible for managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong client relationship skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and provide empathetic guidance throughout the legal process. This individual will handle case strategy, communicate with insurance companies, evaluate claims, negotiate settlements, and prepare cases for litigation. Trial experience or the ability to take cases through trial is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from inception through resolution Meet with clients to assess cases, provide legal counsel, and maintain strong client relationships Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, developments, and expectations Evaluate claims, damages, and liability to develop case strategy Draft and respond to legal documents including demands, pleadings, and motions Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable settlements Prepare cases for trial, including discovery, depositions, and trial strategy Represent clients in court proceedings as needed Collaborate with internal team members to ensure efficient case management Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in the Georgia Bar in good standing 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience Strong knowledge of personal injury law, claims evaluation, and litigation procedures Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Compensation & Benefits Our client offers a competitive compensation package along with a comprehensive benefits program, which may include: Competitive base salary Paid time off, including holidays, sick leave, and bereavement leave 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employer-paid supplemental benefits Voluntary supplemental coverage options Regular performance evaluations Equal Opportunity Statement Our client is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
